Comprehensive Home Inspections

Our comprehensive home inspection services take about 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the space and services being performed. You are invited to join the inspection in order to learn more about the process and what we’re looking for.

After the inspection, typically within 24hrs you will receive a full report with pictures that gives detailed information regarding your property and the inspections performed. You will then be able to make a more informed decision when it comes to buying and selling.

Our services are not complete until you feel comfortable in the inspection performed and understand any deficiencies or test results presented to you regarding the property. We will walk you through any questions or concerns you may have!

These guys are very good. PJ and Tracy came to my house to do a four-point inspection. They went above and beyond, by providing me with a lot of good information about conditions at my house, including several things that were not part of the standard inspection. They seem to really care about the work and helping the homeowner. I would recommend highly.

Tracy and PJ are great to work with, punctual, professional, and are honest and fair. I have used their firm for my home inspection, as well as had them come back and complete the wind mitigation and four point inspection after additional work was completed.
