We document the home’s current condition by reporting on the safety and functional deficiencies of the major systems including the roof, exterior, doors windows & interior, attic ventilation & insulation, plumbing, kitchen appliances, foundation & structure, heating, cooling, electrical, etc.
We use advanced FLIR Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology to find heat-related deficiencies such as water-intrusion behind walls, missing insulation, overloaded circuits, and leaking air ducts. These deficiencies, a lot of the time, would not be detected with the naked eye.
